Even though the premiere of the performance "Tale about a Little Turtle" was more than two decades ago, this show played in the small stage of theatre "Lėlė" still attracts the attention of children and adults. The longevity of the performance is ensured by the inventive stage design (as if the spectator saw the world in the eyes of the Turtle), unexpectedly humorous and colorful characters and playful improvisation by the actors.
Since 1998 one of the performers in this show is Irmantas Jankaitis. It was the debut of the popular drama performer in the puppet theatre and a sort of first contact with the art of puppetry (here Irmantas plays more than 10 different characters!). Today this unexpected duo of Irmantas Jankaitis and the veteran actress Janina Gudzinevičiūtė is still very much surprising.
